Where is my gig data stored?+
All your gig data is stored locally on your device. There's no account and no server holding your gigs. If you turn on iCloud backup, a copy is kept in your own private iCloud — only you can access it.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. Loud has no login, no sign-up, and never asks for your name or email to use the app. You can start logging gigs the moment you open it.
What's included in Loud+?+
Loud+ unlocks voice notes per gig, up to 20 photos per gig, Apple Music album attachments, the year-end Wrapped recap, outfit and budget notes, all badge tiers, and a watermark-free share card.
The free tier stays genuinely useful: unlimited gigs, real stats, badges, up to 3 photos per gig, the world map, calendar sync, set lists and share cards.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Loud, and cancel. You'll keep Loud+ until the end of the current billing period.
What does the "Lifetime" option mean?+
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants Loud+ for the lifetime of the app (the product's operational life), not a personal lifetime guarantee. It doesn't auto-renew. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
I bought Loud+ but it's not showing — what do I do?+
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we'll help.
How does the photo-scan feature work?+
If you allow photo access, Loud can scan photo dates and locations on your device to suggest possible gigs you attended. This analysis never leaves your phone — no photos or data are uploaded. You can accept, skip, or dismiss any suggestion.
How do I export or delete all my data?+
In Settings you can delete individual gigs or use Delete All Data to wipe everything from the device. Deleting the app also removes its local data. If you used iCloud backup, manage that copy in iOS Settings → iCloud.
Is my location tracked?+
No location history is kept. Location is used only to convert coordinates into a city or venue name so gigs show where they happened, processed on-device via Apple's mapping framework. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
