01Agreement to terms

By downloading and using Loud ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

02Use of the app

Loud is a gig diary and tracking application for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

03In-app purchases

Loud offers a free tier and a Loud+ subscription with the following options:

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

A 7-day free trial is available for new Loud+ Monthly and Loud+ Annual subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged.

Loud+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

04Intellectual property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Album artwork displayed within the App via Apple Music is the intellectual property of its respective owners and is provided through Apple Music's catalog API for personal use only.

05User content

Any content you add to the App (including gigs, photos, voice notes, set lists, and personal notes) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store this content on our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you add to the App, including ensuring you have the right to use any photos, audio, or other content you attach to gigs.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Currency, tour dates, venue information, and any other third-party data displayed in the App are approximate and provided for guidance only.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

09Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and select the relevant purchase. We do not process refunds directly.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
